松香催化加氢过程中树脂酸组成变化的跟踪分析 被引量:5

摘要 利用自行改进的DEAE Sephadex离子交换色谱和气相色谱 质谱 计算机联用(GC MS DS)技术研究了在RaneyNi存在下脂松香催化加氢反应过程中各类树脂酸组成的变化。证实在本实验条件下松香催化加氢过程中的主体反应是树脂酸的二氢化,只伴随少量的四氢化和极少量的脱氢反应。发现在二氢海松酸/异海松酸型树脂酸的分子间存在因双键移位而引起的异构现象。在整个跟踪分析过程中,共检出7种二氢枞酸型树脂酸、5种二氢海松酸/异海松酸型树脂酸及3种四氢树脂酸。 Hydrogenated rosin is one of the dominant varieties of modified rosins and is widely used in industry. Conjugated unsaturation of abietictype resin acids that are the main chemical constituents of rosin can be removed through catalytic hydrogenation to overcome the shortcomings of being oxidized and color degradation in rosin. Meanwhile, small amounts of other unsaturated molecules such as pimaric/isopimarictype resin acids can also be hydrogenated. The modified DEAESephadex ion exchange chromatography and gas chromatographymass spectrometrydata system (GCMSDS) techniques were used to study the changes in resin acid composition during catalytic hydrogenation of gum rosin in the presence of Raney nickel. The representative hydrogenation process was carried out under the conditions of 170 ℃ and 6 MPa, and the samples were taken out from the autoclave under the high hydrogen pressure through a sampling apparatus assembled by the authors. The results showed that during hydrogenation of rosin under the experimental conditions the dominant reaction was the formation of dihydro resin acids with minor products of tetrahydro resin acids and dehydroabietic acid. It was found that isomerization existed between dihydropimaric/isopimarictype resin acids due to the shift of double bonds.Totally, seven dihydroabietictype resin acids, five dihydropimaric/isopimarictype resin acids and three tetrahydro resin acids were identified in the tracking analysis.
