摘要
在制度创新的过程中,不能忽视传统思想文化及政治制度对国人思想行为的惯性影响。本文提出在制度创新的过程中,既积极地借鉴吸收其它国家的思想和经验,又能理性地处置传统思想、文化、制度在现阶段的惯性影响。
During the course of system innovation, it should not be disregarded that traditional conception and political system have consolidated both thoughts and behaviours of fellow citizens. Simultaneously foreign ideas and experiences have been instinctively adopted, traditional ingredients from traditional conception, culture and system reasonably treated.
