摘要
分析了β'Sialon和Ce-TZP陶瓷热挤压模的力学性能,并与3Cr2W8V热作模具钢热挤压模进行对比试验。结果表明:2种陶瓷热挤压模的使用寿命均明显高于3Cr2W8V热作模具钢热挤压模;β'Sialon陶瓷热挤压模的使用温度明显高于Ce-TZP陶瓷热挤压模的使用温度。
The mechanical properties of the hot extrusion dies made of beta'Sialon and Ce-TZP ceramics were analyzed, respectively, and the application tests of the two kinds of ceramic dies were compared with that made of 3Cr2W8V steel dies. It is shown that the service life of both two ceramic dies was much longer than that of steel dies and the quality of products extruded with ceramic dies was better than that extruded with steel dies. The serving temperature of beta' Sialon dies was obviously higher than that of Ce-TZP dies.
