摘要
采用RE-A-B复合变质处理的方法,研究了3Cr2W8V热作模具钢凝固过程中碳化物的生长机理、形态和分布。研究结果表明:RE-A-B复合变质剂可以有效地改变3Cr2W8V热作模具钢中碳化物的形态和分布,使冲击韧度显著提高。
Using RE-A-B compound modification method, the growth mechanism, morpho- logical characteristics and distributions of the carbidesare investigated during the solidifica- tion process of 3Cr2W8V steel. The research shows that the RE-A-B compound modification treatment can improve the impact toughness effectivelyby changing the morphological cha- racteristics and distributions of the carbides.
