摘要
由于反垄断法价值目标之间既有相互协调的一面 ,又有相互冲突的一面 ,因此 ,在不同时期的立法和司法实践中 ,其侧重点会有所变化。一国反垄断法的价值目标随着该国政治经济条件及国际环境的变化而变化。 10 0多年来 ,美国反托拉斯法价值目标的重点的转变是一个从政治转向经济 。
The coordinating and conflicting features of orientations in the anti-monopoly l aw have determined its distinctive favours at different stages of legal and judi ca l practice.The orientations of the anti-monopoly law vary in accordance with th e developments and changes of a country's political,economical and international circumstances.A review of the passed 100 years shows that the focus of America's an ti-trust orientation is a gradual transition from politics to economy from comp etition-orientation to efficiency-priorcty.
