摘要
微软垄断案的判决使经济法学界看到了在新经济时代反垄断法具有了新的发展趋势,对于这一趋势的把握是经济法学界目前研究的重点和热点。在我国即将制定反垄断法之际,把握好法律的时代发展脉络,将使我国的反垄断法既能与世界发展同步又适合于我国的国情。结合微软案的两审判决总结出新经济时代反垄断法的几点变化。
Abstract： The sentence of Microsoft antitrust trial shows new development trends economic era. These trends are the center of the research in present. Now China is going to make antitrust law, so it is helpful to learn the development trends of foreign country in order to make antitrust law suitable for China. This paper summarized some new changes in antitrust law from the sentence of Microsoft antitrust trial.
