摘要
用碳纤维和聚四氟乙烯 (PTFE)填料对几种常用的塑料齿轮材料进行了改性。经碳纤维填充了的塑料材料的抗拉强度和弯曲弹性模量增大 ,工作温度提高 ,热膨胀系数降低 ;PTFE则显著改善了塑料的摩擦磨损性能。改善后性能可与铸铁、铝合金和铜合金制造的齿轮媲美。对填料在聚合物中的作用机理进行了分析 ,为塑料齿轮的进一步改性提供依据。
Some plastic gear materials were modified by the way of filling carbon fiber and PTFE. The testing results show that carbon fiber can make pulling strength and bending one be increased, at the same time, working temperature is heightened, and thermal coefficient of expansion is decreased, moreover, the wear and frictional properties are improved. The mechanisms analysis provides a theoretic basic for practical application and improvement of plastic gear.
