摘要
系统地分析了湖北省恩施自治州的自然环境结构及资源特点,剖析了环境结构及资源特点与产业结构之间的不对称,指出恩施州应走以"绿色农业"为基础、以轻型加工业为主的发展道路。初步构建了该区具有地方特色的产业结构;最后以恩施州为例,对我国欠发达地区特别是山区的发展模式进行了探索。
This paper studies the characteristic of natural resources and environment in En'shi self-government prefecture, analyses the relations between natural resources and industry structure; Using the formula(1) to choose the superior resources and establish the developing model which adapts to this area.Formula(1):Sij=Sij=糐B(Xij/ni=1Xij〗糐B(yic/ni=1yic〗-1,gion (En-shi prefecture); Xij:the amount of i; ni=1Xij:the total volume of n kinds resources in En-shi prefecture, yic:the aBased on these, the author point out that the government of En'shi prefecture must develop green agriculture and light industry, only on this way, the region can have more developing chance and come up with other developed regions. With this example the author studies the developing model of the Great West in our country and wants to look for a developing way about backward areas. The best developing model in backward areas is to establish characteristic economic and adjust their industry structure based on their natural resources and environment, find out suitable developing way, promote the development of integrated benefits about ecological,social and economical benefits.
