摘要
用数值模拟的方法考察了将稀薄燃烧汽油机的纵向直进气道应用于MPI方式天然气发动机时 ,天然气喷射后进气岐管内的燃料浓度场和压力场 ,以及进气终了天然气—空气混合气在气缸内的浓度分布和速度分布 ;结果表明吸气阀打开后 ,经两吸气阀先期吸入的天然气在向内弯曲的纵向滚流的作用下被挤向吸气阀底部下方附近 。
Both the concentration distribution and pressure field of natural gas in intake manifold after the natural gas having been injected, together with the velocity vector map and distribution of natural gas in cylinder in intake process were numerically simulated for a lean burn natural gas engine with longitudinal straight intake manifold. After the intake valves are opened, the natural gas firstly inbreathed through the two intake valves is centralized under the bottoms of intake valves due to the inflexed longitudinal vortex formed in cylinder,that makes the primal inbreathed natural gas and the inbreathed air appear to be a layered gas mixture in the cylinder.
