摘要
正交试验表明:希蒙得木嫩枝扦插生根率高的理论组合是A1B3C1D3(基部、三节、1000g/kg、30min)。综合分析认为,希蒙得木嫩枝扦插从当年生半木质化枝条的基部、中部截制插穗,穗长2~3节,用IBA1000g/kg或2000g/kg浸穗条基部30min,插穗的生根率最高。
In this paper,using orthogonal design,experiment was conducted.Rhizogenous rate of cottings was highest,which were from low and middle parts of oneannual and semiLignified Shoots,2~3 nodes Long,in 1 000 g/kg or 2000 g/kg of hormone concentration and 30 min of soaking time.
