摘要
由于历史和现实等种种原因，传统法学方法论不仅存在技术上的缺陷，而且存在哲学基础上的整体偏差。更新传统法学方法论已成当务之急。
There exist not only the technical drawbacks but also the whole deviation from philosophical basis in traditional methodology of law because of history and reality, etc. Therefore, renewing the traditional methodology of law has become an urgent task on hand.
