摘要
为探讨老年神经性阳痿的有效治疗方法及机理 ,在临床实验的基础上 ,用电磁刺激阴部神经和阴茎振动按摩治疗老年神经性阳萎 6 0例 ,用神经电生理、脉冲多普勒超声和微机图像扫描技术探讨了其治疗机理。 6 0例神经性阳痿病人中 ,临床治愈 37例 (6 1 7% ) ,显效 9例 (15 % ) ,好转 5例 (8 3% ) ,总有效率为85 %。与治疗前相比 ,阴部神经兴奋传导时间速度、阴茎勃起动脉横截面积及血流量均有显著性差异 (P <O 0 5 )。经反复阴部神经电磁刺激和阴茎振动按摩治疗后 ,阴部神经兴奋传导性提高 ,末梢释放氧化氮等勃起神经递质增多 ,勃起阈值降低 ,易于触发勃起反射、使阴茎的勃起动脉扩张而完成勃起过程。
To study methods and mechanism for effective treatment of elderly patients with neural impotence.Based on our clinical experiment,60 elderly patients with neural impotence were treated with electromagnetic stimulation for their pudendal nerve,and with vibration massage on their penis.Using electro\|neurophysiological ,pulsed ultrasonic Doppler and microcomputer image\|scanning techniques,we further studied the therapeutic mechanism.Among 60 patients with neural impotence,for 37 cases(61\^7%) we obtained cure effect,9 cases(15%)\|notable effect and 5 cases(8\^3%)\|improved effect.The total effective rate was 85%.Time and velocity of excitation conduction of their pudendal nerve,sectional area and blood flow volume of the erection artery were both significantly different,compared with those before treatment (P<0\^05).It is easy to reach erection threshold,to trigger erection reflex,to make the penis erection artery dilated, and to complete the process of erection,because improved excitation conductibility of pudendal nerve result in releasing more nitric oxide et al for erection neurotransmission from the ends after repeated treatment of electromagnetic stimulation for the pudendal nerve and vibration massage on the penis.
