摘要
实验确定的里氏木酶纤维素酶降解小麦秸秆的最佳降解条件是 :pH值 5 0、温度 5 0℃、降解 36h ,在此条件下可以获得 5 7 6 %的底物转化率。金属离子Mn2 + 、Fe2 + 能显著地促进底物的降解 ,而重金属离子Pb2 + 、Al3 + 则不利于秸秆的降解。
In this test the optimum conditions for degrading wheat straw by Trichoderma reesei cellulase were pH 5.0, temperature 50℃ and time 3h.Under these conditions the transformation percentage of the substrate obtained was 57.6%. The ions Mn 2+ and Fe 2+ could remarkably facilitate the degradation of the substrate, but the heavy metal ions Pb 2+ and Al 3+ were not beneficial to the degradation of wheat straw.
