摘要
首次选用双相成核剂CaF2 和TiO2 为制备遮色瓷的成核剂 ,以SiO2 —Al2 O3 —K2 O—Na2 O系统为其基质成分 ,采用差热分析仪、扫描电镜和x衍射分析仪等实验手段来探讨本体系遮色瓷制备的热处理制度。结果表明阶梯制度的热处理方式适用于本体系的遮色瓷。瓷粉经过如下的热处理制度 :从室温以 8℃ /min的加热速度升温至 75 0℃保温 1h ,然后再以4℃ /min的升温速度升至 96 0℃ ,保温 2h后冷淬 ,其白榴石晶体的析晶行为良好 ,且晶体尺寸较小 (约 1μm左右 )。
CaF 2 and TiO 2 were selected as the nucleating agents and the system SiO 2-Al 2O 3-K 2O-Na 2O as the base composition to prepare the opaque porcelain for the first time.And the heat treatment schedule of preparation of the opaque porcelain was discussed by using the differential thermal analyzer(DTA),scanning electron microscope(SEM)and X-ray diffractometer(XRD).The results showed that the staircase heat treatment schedule was fit for preparing the opaque porcelain.The optimum heat treatment to prepare the opaque porcelain was that the frit was heated from room temperature with the rate of 8℃/min to 750℃ for l h,then with a heating rate of 4℃/min to 960℃ for 2h and annealed.At this heat treatment schedule,the number of the leucite crystals separated out from the base composition and had smaller crystal size(about 1μm).The establishment of this heat treatment schedule is the foundation of increasing its chemical and physical properties and improving the heat compatibility between the porcelain and metal substrate.
