摘要 目的 研究北沙参农家品种的鉴定。方法 利用蛋白质与过氧化物酶 (POD)同工酶的聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳 (PAGE)指纹图谱分析、鉴别北沙参农家品种。结果  3种样品的蛋白质PAGE指纹图谱具有一定差异 ,POD同工酶指纹图谱具有显著性差异。结论 PAGE指纹图谱快速、灵敏、技术简单 。 OBJECTIVE: To study the identification of Radix Glehniae's varieties. METHODS: The polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (PAGE) fingerprints of protein and peroxidase (POD) isozyme was analyzed to identify the three varieties of Radix Glehniae. RESULTS: There was some difference to a certain extent on their protein PAGE fingerprints. Their POD isozyme PAGE fingerprints were significantly different. CONCLUSION: PAGE fingerprint has many advantages such as fast, high sensitivity and simple operation. It can be used for identification and quality evaluation of cultivated varieties of Radix Glehniae.
