摘要
采用文献资料法和问卷调查法,对浙江民办学校体育经费、运动场馆、师资来源、师资水平、教师职称、工资收入、体育教学等进行了调查与分析。主要结论:浙江民办学校体育经费充裕;场馆设施一流;教师来源多样,教学思维活跃;技术素质全面,教改意识较强;工资收入较高,教师职称偏低。
By methods of questionnaire and literature review, an investigation and analysis was made in schools run by the local people in Zhejiang Province of the PE finances, sport facilities, faculty resources, faculty academic levels, academic titles, faculty salary, and of the teaching of sports. It was indicated that schools run by the local people in Zhejiang Province had sufficient funds, good facilities, and enough faculty from various resources who had active thinking, all-round skills, strong consciousness of the importance of reform, and high salaries, but who had comparatively low academic titles.
