摘要
病种质量管理重指标轻临床是需要解决的问题。应该运用循证医学为病种寻求新的临床标准,运用临床综合流程提供新的工作方式。要把常见病种指标质控与疑难重病临床质控结合起来,把病种质控与病例质控组合起来。要发挥专业学会的作用。学习外国经验要深入理解,走创新之路。
Traditional way of DRGs quality management has been emphasizing other indicators except for clinical criteria,this imbalance should be addressed.The evidence-based medicine should be applied to explore new clinical standard for quality management of disease and combined it with comprehensive clinical protocol.It should integrate the target-oriented quality control over common diseases with that of difficulty and complicated diseases, as well as integrate DRGs quality control with case quality control.Professional associations should be given even bigger role in this area.We should learning from the experience of foreign countries in a more creative way.
