摘要
明胶与毛纤维具有相同的官能团———酰胺基 ,且同属蛋白质类物质。以明胶为主的浆料与毛纱具有良好的亲和力 ,通过控制合成反应条件可在明胶大分子链上接枝丙烯酰胺、丙烯酸及其酯类等单体 ,从而改变蛋白质浆料的成膜性能 。
Wool fiber is a kind of natural protein fiber. According to the principle of the similar things easy to contain,the gelatin size was used to be wool yarn sizing. By polymer modification's way we synthesized a new kind of graft polymer. It's main body is the gelatin,grafted monomers such as acrylamide and methyl acrylate and other acrylates. Finally we tested the characteristics of the starch film and researched the effect factors of the synthesis.
