摘要
研究了以过硫酸铵和尿素为引发体系 ,以丙烯酰胺、丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸丁酯、乙酸乙烯酯等单体与明胶接枝共聚 ,并用试验证明接枝反应的发生 ,测定了接枝率、接枝效率与分子量 ,探讨了浆料合成工艺对接枝率、接枝效率及浆膜性能的影响。
The grafting copolymerization of acrylamide,acrylate methyl and other monomers with gelatin are carried out by using APS—(U) as initiation system and has reached the effective factors of the synthesis.The characteristics of the strach film are tested as well.The grafted samples are exemplified by IR spectroscopic method and solution.In this paper,the percentage and efficiency of grafting are verified to discuss the effects of experimental parameters on them.The work also probes into the intrinsic viscosity of gelatin and branch,calculating their molecular weight by using Ubbelohde Viscosimeter.
