荞麦种子总黄酮对高脂饮食大鼠血糖及抗脂质过氧化的影响 被引量:3

摘要 ①目的 研究荞麦种子提取物总黄酮(TFBS)对高脂饮食伴糖尿病大鼠的血糖、超氧化物歧化酶SOD及脂质过氧化物MDA的影响。②方法 用链尿佐菌素和高脂饲料诱发大鼠糖尿病,观察口服荞麦种子总黄酮对糖尿病大鼠的作用。③结果 TFBS能明显降低高脂饮食的糖尿病大鼠的血糖,改善糖耐量,而对胰岛素影响不明显。TFBS也能显著升高血和肝组织中的SOD活性降低含量MDA(P<0.01)。④结论 TFBS对高脂饮食的糖尿病大鼠的糖尿病有一定的治疗作用,治疗机制可能与TFBS抗氧化消除自由基改善脂质代谢,增加组织对胰岛素的敏感性等有关。 Objective The influences of total flavones of buckwheat seed(TFBS) on serum glucose, serum and liver superoxide dismutase(SOD) and the product of lipid peroxides malonaldehyde (MDA) were studied. Methods The hyperlipoid and diabetic rotes modei was induced by high lipid feed and Lian niao zuo jun su. Meanwhile oral treat-ed with TFBS studied. The effect of treament for rats with hyperlipoid and diabetic. Result TFBS could lower serum glucose, inprove glucose tolerance without increasing insulin secretion on diabetic rats. TFBS could also markedly lovver the content of MDA and improve SOD activity in blood and liver(P<0. 01). Conclusion TFBS have the effect of cure of hyperlipoidemia and diabetic probablty and TFBS could anti-lipid peroxidation,eliminate freed radicals,improve lipid metabolic and increase insulin sensitivity.
