摘要
中国幅员辽阔,地理气候特征大相径庭,也因此造就了风格迥异的特色民居,巴渝民居是其中具有代表性的一类。本文以重庆传统石砌民居为研究对象,以实地测量的夏季室内热工参数为基础,采用理论分析和数值模拟的方法,分析石砌民居室内热环境、风环境,分析石材热物性。结果表明巴渝石砌民居因石材特性,墙体热阻小,整体隔热性能较差,夏季室内外温差仅为1.0~2.2℃,但具有良好的热惰性和延迟性,延迟时间为7 h,室内热稳定性较好。利用石砌民居的热延迟特性,组织夜间通风是改善夏季室内热环境的有效方法。
China has a vast territory with different geographic climates,which makes featured traditional houses with diverse habitations.Chongqing traditional house is one of those representative dwellings.This paper,taking traditional stone houses in Chongqing as the research objects,analyzed indoor thermal and wind environment and discussed the corresponding advantages and disadvantages of the traditional stone houses in Chongqing based on the indoor thermal parameters of field measurements in summer as well as theoretical analysis and numerical simulation.The results show that Chongqing traditional stone houses are characterized by favorable heat storage capacity,thermal inertia and delay time were favorable,showing excellent thermal stability.However,the thermal resistance is small and the performance of heat preservation and insulation are poor.By virtue of the long delay time of exterior wall,the indoor thermal environment can be effectively improved via night air ventilation in summer.
