摘要
BIM技术为解决建筑业存在的问题提供了新的途径。以住宅楼设计为例介绍基于BIM协同设计的节能优化具体应用流程。通过方案节能优化前后的能耗分析和成本分析,体现BIM技术较传统模式节能优化在协同性、模型准确性、效率等方面的优势和应用价值。
BIM technology provides a new way to solve these problems. This paper selects Revit Autodesk series software, taking the residential building design as an example, mainly introduces the specific application process of energy saving optimization based on BIM collaborative design. Through the energy consumption analysis and cost analysis of the program before and after the optimization, this article reflects the advantages and application value of BIM technology in the aspects of synergy, model accuracy and efficiency compared to the traditional mode of energy saving optimization.
