摘要
为实现住宅建筑外围护结构协同集成设计,探索建筑外围护结构设计中各专业的协同工作模式,通过总结归纳住宅建筑外围护结构的特点,系统分析住宅建筑外围护结构的内外部影响因素与节能措施,结合BIM技术理念,论述BIM协同集成设计各专业的方法和渠道、内容与实体的可操作性,利用BIM模型对建筑不同外围护结构构造进行分析,形成基于BIM的外围护结构的材质库,从而实现住宅建筑外围护结构集成设计策略,建立一套科学合理的协同集成方法,为BIM环境下住宅建筑外围护结构集成设计提供可复制、易推广的技术模式。
In order to realize the collaborative and integrated design of the outer envelope of residential buildings,the collaborative working mode of various specialties in the design of the outer envelope of residential buildings is explored.By summarizing the characteristics of the outer envelope of residential buildings,the internal and external influencing factors and energy-saving measures of the outer envelope of residential buildings are systematically analyzed.Combined with BIM technology,this paper discusses the methods,channels,contents and entities of BIM collaborative integrated design.By using BIM model to analyze different building envelope structures,a BIM based material library is formed to realize the integrated design strategy of building envelope.A set of scientific and reasonable collaborative integration method is established to provide a reproducible and easy to popularize technical mode for the integrated design of exterior envelope structure of residential buildings in BIM environment.
