T形钢连接梁柱半刚性节点滞回性能试验研究及数值分析 被引量:28

Experimental study and numerical investigation on hysteretic behavior of T-stub semi-rigid beam-to-column connections

摘要 为研究T形钢连接梁柱半刚性节点的滞回性能,对6个T形钢连接梁柱半刚性节点试件进行拟静力试验。分析梁高、螺栓直径、T形连接件尺寸、螺栓个数以及柱截面面积等参数对节点的受力过程、破坏模式、滞回性能、延性性能的影响。利用有限元软件ABAQUS对试验过程进行分析,将分析结果和试验结果进行对比并分析了误差产生的原因。研究结果表明:T形钢连接梁柱节点变形性能良好,节点的极限转角均超过0.03 rad,是典型的半刚性连接节点;节点延性性能良好,各节点位移延性系数均大于3;各试件的滞回曲线在加载后期呈Z形,节点耗能系数较小(与端板连接半刚性节点相比);T形连接件尺寸和连接柱及T形件的螺栓个数是影响节点初始刚度、承载力和变形能力的主要因素,梁高对节点性能的影响次之;有限元分析结果与试验结果基本吻合;采用考虑材料循环塑性特征的有限元分析模型可以很好地预测节点在循环荷载作用下的受力性能。 In order to research the hysteretic behavior of T-stub beam-column semi-rigid connections,six full-scale Tstub semi-rigid connection specimens were designed for quasi-static testing. Five parameters were considered,such as beam height,diameter of bolt,size of T-stub connecting piece,bolt number,as well as column section area. And the influences of the parameters on the loading process,failure patterns,hysteretic behavior,and ductility behavior were analyzed. ABAQUS was used to establish FEM model of T-stub connections. The numerical simulations were compared with test results,and the causes of error were analyzed. Results show that: T-stub semi-rigid connections have excellent deformation capacity,the rotations of all connections are more than 0. 03 rad,and can meet the standard of semi-rigid connection; the ductility performance of connections is good,with each specimen displacement ductility coefficient greater than 3; hysteresis curve at the later loading stage is typical Z type; compared with end-plate semirigid connections,the energy dissipation coefficient is smaller; size of T-stub connecting pieces and bolt number of connections are the principal factor for initial stiffness,ultimate bearing capacity and deformation capacity; the influence of the beam height is less; the numerical simulation results and test results are consistent with each other;finite element model which considers material cyclic plasticity can well predict the mechanical properties of connections under cyclic loading.
