摘要
概述大功率LED汽车前照灯驱动电路的工作需求及设计需求,以TPS92602-Q1芯片为核心,设计出汽车前照灯开关电源升压恒流驱动硬件电路,并对其外围电路进行了优化设计,对主要的元器件进行参数计算及选型,并进行了实验研究及验证,设计实现了双通道高侧恒流LED驱动可并行独立控制一串12颗大功率LED灯,输出1 A左右恒定电流,效率达到87.5%以上,实现了大功率汽车LED的PWM调光控制。实验表明,该系统具有输出纹波电流小、效率高、性能参数稳定等优点,适应汽车复杂的工作环境。
This paper describes the work and design requirements of driver circuit for high-power automotive LED headlamp. Using TPS92602-Q1 as the core chip, the booster and constant current switch power drive circuit is designed. The external circuit is optimally designed, the method of calculation and selection of parameters for the main components is provided, and then the experimental research and verification is carried out. The design realizes the dual channel independent control of a string of 12 high power LEDs and the constant current output is about 1 A, the efficiency is above 87.5 %, realizing high power automotive LED PWM dimming control. Experimental results show that the system has advantages of small output ripple current, high efficiency, stable performance and so on, which can adapt to the complex working environment.
