汽车LED灯光控制系统设计与实现

摘要 作为汽车主动式安全装置之一,汽车照明系统对行车安全有重要意义。在分析了现有汽车照明系统组成的基础上,采用新型固态光源LED代替传统光源用于汽车照明,根据汽车各个车灯的功能和特点,研究并设计了汽车LED灯光控制系统,包括控制电路和LED驱动电路的设计。以单片机XC164为控制核心,完成参数实时采样分析,并将热控回路和光控回路的反馈以PWM的形式输出,控制LED的状态。LED驱动电路部分选用电流模式LED驱动器MAX16834芯片,针对汽车照明系统的工作要求,通过搭建开关电源的升压、降压电路,设计出一种宽功率范围的LED恒流驱动电路。实践表明,该设计可以实现对汽车照明系统的检测和控制,具有良好的应用前景。 As one of the automobile active safety devices,the light control system is of great significance to traffic safety. In the analysis of the existing automobile light system, a new solid state light source LED is used to replace the traditional one. According to the function and characteristic of each vehicle,the automotive LED light control system,with single chip XC164 as the core,including the control circuit and the drive circuit, is studied and designed. The parameter sampling and analyzing is completed, and the feedback of the thermal control circuit and light control circuit is output in the form of PWM to control the state of LED. MAX16834,a current LED driver chip,is used for LED drive circuit. According to the working requirements of automotive light system, a LED constant current drive circuit with wide power range is designed by seting up boost and buck circuits. The practice shows that the design can realize the detection and control of automotive light system, which has good application prospects.
