回填材料导热性能对地埋管性能的影响研究 被引量:1

摘要 基于地埋管的单管和多管线热源模型,并引入湍流方程进行数值模拟,分析了回填材料的导热系数对地源热泵地埋管换热性能的影响。结果发现:回填材料导热系数越高,换热效果越好,但是较高的导热系数会加重管间换热产生的"热短路"现象影响出口水温,且随着回填材料的热导系数逐步增加,单井换热量增幅减缓,在回填材料导热系数约为土壤导热系数的1.8倍以上时,提高回填材料的导热系数对促进单井换热量几乎没有作用且不利于成本控制。 Based on the single pipe and multi tube of line heat source model for buried tube, and the turbulence equation is introduced for numerical simulation, the influence of thermal conductivity of backfill for the heat transfer performance of ground heat exchanger is analyzed. The results showed that the higher thermal conductivity of backfill, the heat exchange efficiency is better, but the high thermal conductivity will increase "short circuiting" phenomenon because for the heat exchange between the tube to influence the export water temperature, and with the thermal conductivity of the backfill gradually increased, heat of single well slow increase. When thermal conductivity of backfill is about 1.8 times more than soil, increased the thermal conductivity of the backfill has little effect on the promotion of the heat transfer in a single well and is not conducive to cost control.
