摘要
在天津地区开展了3种不同回填材料的埋地换热器换热特性实验研究,获得了地下换热量随管内流体平均温度的实测变化曲线,并对该3种回填材料下的实验结果进行了比较分析.实验结果表明,地下换热量与流体平均温度之间呈线性变化规律.随着回填材料导热系数的增加,可以显著减小钻孔内的导热热阻,这有利于改善粘土质土壤与埋管换热器之间的传热性能,提高地源热泵系统运行的稳定性.
The present work was performed to study the heat transfer performance of a geothermal heat exchanger(GHE) under the condition of different backfill materials at Tianjin areas.The variations of the heat transfer rate of the GHE with the average fluid temperature were obtained.Experimental results showed that there appeared a linear relationship.With the increasing thermal conductivity of backfill materials,the heat resistance inside the borehole was reduced greatly and the thermal performance of the GHE was improved noticeably,which could be helpful to guarantee the long-term operation stability of ground source heat pumps systems.
