摘要 本文主要介绍对冰箱大抽屉推拉结构进行优化设计,通本对抽屉的两侧、底部和箱胆底部增加塑料滚轮以及在箱胆两侧和底部增加塑料导轨,实现将滑动运动转化为滚动运动、将受力集中在抽屉底部,两侧翻边受力为辅,从而减小摩擦,增大承重能力,达到抽屉推拉自如、避免抽屉局部受力过大而开裂、避免箱胆磨损以及降低了产品成本,提高了产品竞争力。 This paper mainly introduces optimization design of the refrigerator drawer push-pull structure, Add the plastic roller on the both sides of the drawer, the bottom of the box and the bottom of the refrigerator box, and and add plastic guide rail on both sides and bottom of refrigerator box. It implementation slide movement into a rolling motion, the stress concentration at the bottom drawer, on both sides of the flanging force is complementary, reducing friction, increase the bearing capacity, push-pull drawer freely and avoid drawer local wear too much stress and crack, avoid box bravery and reduces the product cost, improve product competitiveness.
