基于有限元的冰箱门体变形仿真与优化研究 被引量:4

摘要 冰箱门体发生变形不仅会提高生产不合格率而且会增加生产成本,降低生产效率,为此通常采用在门体中增加加强铁的方式减小变形。以发泡后的冰箱门体为研究对象,采用CAE仿真研究了加强铁摆放位置及形状对门体变形的影响,通过变形量的大小评估有效性。研究结果表明,在门胆及面板处均增加U形加强铁的方式可使整体变形量由11.4 mm减小到6.04 mm,边框变形量由7.74 mm减小到4.49 mm;而增加门胆去应力槽对减小门体变形的效果最差。因此在冰箱门体设计初期可在门胆及面板内设置加强铁以减小门体变形。 The deformation of the refrigerator door will not only increase the production failure rate, but also increase the production cost and reduce the production effciency. For this reason, the method of adding strengthening iron in the door is usually used to reduce the deformation. Taking the foamed refrigerator door as the research object, and uses CAE simulation to study the influence of the position and shape of the reinforced iron on the deformation of the door. The effectiveness is evaluated by the amount of deformation. The research results show that adding U-shaped reinforcing iron to both the door liner and the panel can reduce the overall deformation from 11.4 mm to 6.04 mm, and the frame deformation from 7.74 mm to 4.49 mm;while increasing the groove has the worst effect on reducing the deformation of the door. Therefore, in the initial stage of the refrigerator door design,strengthening iron should be installed in the door liner and the panel to reduce the deformation of the door.
