摘要
目的分析2015年广西居民的吸烟情况,为制定广西控烟措施提供基础资料。方法使用全球烟草监测系统中的标准问卷——烟草调查问卷(TQS)对广西居民的吸烟、被动吸烟、吸烟与疾病关系的认知情况等进行描述性分析。结果 2015年,广西15岁及以上居民的吸烟率为28.8%,男性(53.0%)明显高于女性(3.3%)。城市为21.5%,农村为32.7%,农村高于城市。现在吸卷烟者的日平均吸烟量为18.6支。在现在吸烟者中,26.4%的人在过去12个月内尝试过戒烟,16.8%的现在吸烟者有戒烟意愿,计划在1个月内戒烟的比例仅有6.3%。公众对"低焦油等于低危害"的认知最低,认知率为8.4%。结论广西居民吸烟率较高,戒烟状况不容乐观,对吸烟与疾病的关系认识不足,二手烟暴露情况严重。应采取有针对性的措施,有效控制烟草消费和二手烟暴露。
Objective To analyze the smoking condition among Guangxi residents in 2015 to provide basic materials for making smoking-control measures in Guangxi. Methods Through stratified multi-stage random sampling method, the standard questionnaire in the Global Tobacco Surveillance System-Tobacco Questionnaire, the descriptive analysis was conducted about awareness of smoking, passive smoking and the relationship between smoking and disease. Results The smoking rate of 15-year-old persons and older residents of Guangxi in 2015 was 28.8%, with 53.0% of the males and 3.3% of the females, with 32.7% of the rural areas and 21.5% of the cities, and the difference was statistically significant. The average daily smoking quantity was 18.6 cigarettes of current cigarette smokers. 26.4% of current smokers tried to quit smoking in the past 12 months. 16.8% of current smokers had intention to quit smoking, the proportion of the people planning to stop smoking within 1 month was only 6.3%. The public cognition degree of 'Low-tar is Low Damage' was the lowest and the proportion was 8.4%. Conclusion The smoking rate of Guangxi residents is higher; the intention to quit smoking is not optimistic; the residents have no full recognition on relationship between smoking and disease; second-hand smoke exposure is serious. Targeted measures should be taken to effectively control tobacco consumption and passive smoking.
