摘要
目的探讨在精神科临床药物发放过程中,应用口令制核对方法来确保药物发放的正确性。方法 2012年1月—2015年12月,对上海市嘉定区精神卫生中心4个病区的病人同时开展发药流程的改革,即在口服药物发放过程中采用不同核对方法,并进行效果评估。将2012年1月—2013年12月的病人作为对照组,采用在发药时根据相册二人核对病人的方法。将2014年1月—2015年12月的病人则作为研究组,采用在根据相册核对的基础上,增加了取拿药时口令"确认"的核对程序。比较两组患者护士口服给药护理差错发生情况、相同病人数(以100个病人为准)护士一次发药所需时间、病人和护士对发药核对流程的满意度情况以及护士的焦虑自评。结果与对照组相比,研究组的错发药事件、病人和护士对发药核对流程的满意度、护士焦虑情况均有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论在临床药物发放过程中,实施口令"确认"核对制,可有效保证护士药物发放的正确性,提高工作效率,减轻工作时的心理压力,在很大程度上提高了病人和护士双方的满意度。
Objective To investigate the use of the password identification method on the course of clinical drug delivery for ensuring the correctness of drug delivery. Methods From January 2012 to December 2015, the reform was carried out in the four wards of our hospital, which used different check methods in the course of oral medicine delivery. In the control group in which the patient was from January 2012 to December 2013, photographic identification method was used. In the study group in which the patient was from January 2014 to December 2015, in addition to the basis of photographic identification method, double check procedure and the two-person interactive password identification was used. Then, the error of oral medicine delivery, the mean time required for a nurse to issue drug every time in the same number of patients(in 100 patients), the satisfaction of patients and nurses on the process of drug delivery and the self-assessment of nurses' anxiety between two groups were compared. Results The error of oral medicine delivery, the mean time required for a nurse to issue drug every time in the same number of patients(in 100 patients), the satisfaction of patients and nurses on the process of drug delivery and the self-assessment of nurses' anxiety between two groups were significantly different. Conclusion In the clinical drug delivery process, the implementation of password identification method can effectively guarantee the correctness of nurse drug delivery and improve work efficiency and reduce the psychological pressure of the work, which improves the satisfaction of both patients and nurses greatly.
