摘要
目的探讨八步骤巡视法在护理工作中的应用效果。方法选择2016年3月—2016年8月在上海市嘉定区中心医院特需科住院的患者179例,分为两组,实验组88例和对照组91例。对照组按常规分级护理要求进行巡视,实验组按照八步骤巡视法进行巡视。在患者住院期间,每天分别记录两组患者呼叫器的使用次数、护士护理缺陷发生次数及观察遗漏发生次数,并在患者出院前填写静脉输液满意度调查表。结果两组患者呼叫器的使用次数、静脉输液满意度、护士护理缺陷以及观察遗漏发生次数的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论八步骤巡视法的应用一方面可有效降低呼叫器的使用,提高患者静脉输液的满意度;另一方面还有助于护士及时发现病情变化情况,减少护理缺陷的发生。
Objective To discuss the effectiveness of an eight-step rounding method on nursing. Methods A total of 196 patients admitted in our hospital from March to August in 2016 were recruited in this study and allocated into two groups, with 88 cases in experimental group and 91 cases in control group. Patients in control group received conventional rounding while the experimental group received the eight-step rounding. During hospitalization, daily records of times for bell using, nursing defects occurrences omits frequency of observation, and patients’ intravenous infusion satisfaction were compared for both groups. Results Times for bell using, nursing defects occurrences omits frequency of observation, and patients’ intravenous infusion satisfaction in two groups had statistical significance(P<0.01). Conclusion First, the eight-step rounding can effectively reduce the bell use, improve the patients’ intravenous infusion satisfaction. Second, the eight-step rounding can help nurses distinguish patients’ condition and change in time and reduce the occurrence of nursing defects.
