摘要
目的探讨上海市嘉定区真新街道近3年精神病综合防治工作模式及工作成效,为以后的精神病防治工作提供科学依据。方法采用上海市精神卫生管理信息系统数据,通过回顾式方法,对2012—2014年真新街道精神疾病社区管理治疗工作效果指标进行分析。结果 2012—2014年真新街道精神病患者的规范管理率分别为99.76%、100%和100%,在管患者稳定率分别为97.62%、98.64%和99.09%,精神病患者社区参与率分别为85.71%、87.98%和88.38%,连续2年未发生精神病人肇事肇祸事件。精神病人的规范管理率、在管患者稳定率和社区参与率均达到了嘉定区精神卫生中心规定的99%、90%和70%的标准。结论嘉定区真新街道现阶段所采用的精神病防治工作模式效果明显,值得借鉴和推广。
Objective To explore of effect about work mode of mental disease comprehensive prevention and control in Zhenxin Community of Jiading District, to provide the scientific basis for the further mental disease prevention and control work. Methods Adopting data of the Management of Mental Health Information System in Shanghai, retrospective analyses was used to evaluate the treatment effect of community management work of 2012-2014. Results From 2012 to 2014, the standardize management rates for patients with mental disease were 99.76%, 100% and 100% respectively, the stable rates of patients under management system were 97.62%, 98.64% and 99.09% respectively, the community participation rates of patients were 85.71%, 87.98% and 88.38% respectively, and there was no troublemaking event made by the patients for two years. The standardize management rates, stable rates and community participation rates were all reaching the standard in 99%, 90% and 70% respectively according to the regulation in the Mental Health Center of Jiading District. Conclusion The mental disease prevention and control work mode in Zhenxin Community is effectively remarkable. It's worth learning in Mental Health work in the future.
