摘要
目的了解居家严重精神障碍患者高血压共糖代谢异常的现状及影响因素,为制定健康干预及管理策略提供依据。方法2021年1—6月,对上海市朱泾镇社区卫生服务中心管理的严重精神障碍患者开展问卷调查及相关体检工作。结果纳入研究的630例严重精神障碍患者高血压患病率为26.19%(165例),糖代谢异常患病率为65.55%(413例),高血压共糖代谢异常率为21.11%(133例)。多因素logistic回归分析显示,年龄大、起病形式急、未服用抗精神病药物、无工作、超重肥胖的严重精神障碍患者发生高血压共糖代谢异常风险较高(P值均<0.05)。结论上海市居家严重精神障碍患者高血压共糖代谢异常检出率较高,应制定更为完善的健康干预策略。
Objective To understand the current situation and influencing factors of hypertension combined abnormal glucose metabolism in patients with severe mental disorders at home;to provide scientific basis for formulating better health intervention and management strategies.Methods From Jan to Jun 2021,patients with severe mental disorders at home managed by Zhujing Community Health Service Center of Jinshan District,Shanghai were selected to carry out investigation and related physical examination.Results A total of 630 patients with severe mental disorders were recruited,the prevalence of hypertension was 26.19%(165 cases),the prevalence of abnormal glucose metabolism was 65.55%(413 cases),and the prevalence of hypertension combined abnormal glucose metabolism was 21.11%(133 cases).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed subjects in groups of old ages,with acute onset,not taking antipsychotics,with no job,overweight or obese had higher risks of hypertension and abnormal glucose metabolism(all P<0.05).Conclusion The detection rate of hypertension combined abnormal glucose metabolism in patients with severe mental disorders at home in Zhujing County of Shanghai is relatively high.More health intervention strategies should be formulated for better intervention.
