摘要
应用ANSYS有限元分析软件对固定管板式换热器进行热应力分析及评定。由应力强度云图可知最大应力强度发生在管板锻件的管程侧过渡圆角处。设定3条应力评定路径,进行线性化处理,在内压与热载荷作用下,对各路径上的一次加二次应力进行评定,得到应力评定结果。
It uses ANSYS software in thermal stress analysis and evaluation of heat exchanger of fixed tubesheet.Based on the stress intensity distribution,the maximum stress intensity is in the tube side fillet of tube sheet forging.It defines three stress evaluation paths and linear process.Under the internal pressure and thermal loads,it evaluates the first and secondary stress in each path and obtains the stress evaluation result.
