摘要
本文提出一种分析换热器管板温度场的简化方法。计算分为单元分析与总体分析两步进行,总体上将管板布管区折算为横观各向同性的均质圆板,内部含有等效对流体热源(或热汇),其密度根据管内流体与管板的换热量由单元分析得到,单元分析中还可考虑管子与管板胀接面处的接触热阻。分析表明在布管区与非布管区过渡处、管板与壳体连接处有较大的温度梯度,而管子与管板孔胀接处的接触热阻使管板中的“表皮热效应”减小,沿管板厚度温度梯度均匀化。
A simplified analysis method of temperature fields of heat exchangers is proposed by axisymmetrical finite element method. Two steps,element analysis and general structure analysis,are involved in the method. In general the tubed zone is simulated as a homogeneous and transversly isotropic solid plate with internal heat source (or sink).The intensity of heat source is calculated according to the quantity of heat convection from fluid in tubes to tubesheet on basis of element analysis.The thermal resistence at the interfaces between inner walls of holes of tubesheet and outer walls of expanded tubes is considered in the element analysis.It is concluded that the signficant temprature grandient exists at the intermediate zone between tubed and untubed zone of the tubesheet and at the junction of tubesheet and shell.The results show that diminution of “thermal shin effect' in tubesheet is caused by the thermal resistance existing across the interface of tubes and tubesheet as well.
