摘要
Ⅰ. INTRODUCTION There are essentially three reasons why human monoclonal antibodies are attractive to the investigator. The first is that the specificity of oxenogenic antibodies is often poor. Secondly, human origin monoclonal antibodies would be more useful for dissecting human allogenic immune responses, i. e. responses to histocompatibility and blood group antigens. Thirdly, they are of interest in capturing human immune responses such as antibodies produced in lymph nodes draining a tumor or autoimmune responses, and producing of human antibodies for possible therapeutic applications.
