摘要 Recent work has revealed that both the descending serotonergic (5-HTergic) and noradrenergic (NAergic) fibers are important for morphine analgesia. Our previous studies showed that selective destruction of the descending NAergic pathway by 6-hydroxydopamine (6-OHDA) markedly attenuated the analgesic effect of acupuncture in rats, indicating that such pathway was involved in the central sensory regulatory process.
