三菱伺服系统在钢轨锻造系统中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 简单介绍了钢轨开模锻造系统及伺服控制系统的构成。根据钢轨开模锻造工艺的需求,搭建了以西门子PLC为总控和三菱MELSERVO伺服为辅机控制的综合控制系统,并描述了伺服控制系统在整个锻造系统中的作用。该伺服控制系统实现了大车、小车输送系统的同步控制,从总控PLC接收逻辑控制信号,通过DP通讯传递给运动控制CPU Q170MCPU。通过搭建的伺服控制系统实现了小车、大车运送系统的同步控制,从而实现了钢轨的准确、快速入模,配合压机的逻辑控制实现了钢轨开模锻造。系统投入使用后提高了产品的整体质量,降低了能耗,并大大提高了整个锻造系统的生产效率。 The structure of the rail open die forging system and the servo control system are briefly introduced.According to the requirements of the rail open die forging process,the integrated control system with Siemens PLC as the main control and Mitsubishi MELSERVO servo as the auxiliary machine was built,and the effect of the servo control system in the whole forging system was described.The servo control system realizes the synchronous control of the horizontal and vertical conveying systems,receives the logic control signal from the master control PLC,and transmits it to the motion control CPU Q170 MCPU through the DP communication.Through the built servo control system,the synchronous control of the horizontal and vertical transportation system is realized,which realizes the accurate and rapid mold entry of the rail.With the logic control of the press,the open die forging of the rail is realized.When the system is put into use,the overall quality of the product is improved,the energy consumption is reduced,and the production efficiency of the entire forging system is greatly improved.
