摘要
在工业控制方面,DP网络是一种常见的工业总线型网络。基于马钢(合肥)板材公司连退线大面积采用DP通讯,常发生DP网络闪断故障,通过故障统计和分析,查找到了可能引发故障的部位,并安装了中继器,增强了网络传输能力,缩小了故障查找的范围。
DP network is a common industrial PROFIBUS network in industrial control.The continuous annealing line of MaSteel Hefei Sheet Company comprehensively adopted DP communication,but often suffered DP network flash off faults.Through failure accounting and analysis,the company found out the possible positions prone to faults and installed a repeater,which has increased network transfer capability and narrowed troubleshooting range.
