摘要
为降低工人劳动强度、减少能耗、提高效率,增加抽油机使用寿命,实现抽油机调平衡的自动化,以CYJY10-4. 2-53HF型抽油机为修正目标,完成曲柄自动调平衡的结构和参数设计。对关键传动件螺杆进行选型和基于第四强度理论校核。运用Ansys Workbench进行有限元强度分析,得出螺杆理论校核与模拟结果基本一致,理论计算可取,整体结构满足强度要求。最后将抽油机进行现场试验,测得其平衡度满足要求,节能效果良好。所以此抽油机具有一定的推广应用前景。
To lower the labor intensity,reduce energy consumption,improve efficiency,increase the service life of the pumping unit and achieve automatic adjustment of pumping unit,based on the CYJ10-4.2-53HF type pumping unit,this paper completes the structure and parameter design of the crank automatic balance device.The key transmission part screw is selected and checked based on the fourth strength theory.ANSYS Workbench is used to analyze the finite element strength.It is concluded that the theoretical check is basically as the same as the simulation result,the theoretical calculation is feasible,and the overall structure meets the strength requirements.Finally,the pumping unit is tested in the field,the instrument measured its balance meets the requirements,the energy saving effect is satisfactory,and it has a certain promotion and application prospects.
