高校“国培计划”课程设置的思考——以小学英语教师培训课程为例 被引量:5

摘要 "国培计划"课程设置应以《"国培计划"课程标准(试行)》为依据。当前高校"国培计划"课程设置存在诸多问题:在确立课程目标时忽视具体项目要求;在选择课程内容时忽视农村教育教学需求;在确定课程结构时忽视课程内容维度的比例要求;在选择课程实施方式时忽视案例教学和观摩学习。为了提高教师培训的质量和效益,高校"国培计划"课程设置需要兼顾学科特点与项目特色,增强课程目标的针对性;兼顾成人的学习特点及城乡教师的不同需求,突出课程内容的实用性;倡导"轮状课程",强调课程结构的合理性;采用多样化的培训方式,提高课程实施的灵活性。 The curriculum design for the National Training Plan in universities should follow The Curriculum Standard for the National Training Plan(Trial).However, there are many shortcomings about the curriculum design in the implementation process of the National Training Plan, such as neglecting the requirements of the specific project when establishing the objective, looking down upon the needs of rural education when choosing the contents, ignoring the proportions required by the dimension of content-types when deciding the structure, and overlooking case teaching, communication and discussions when selecting the implementation methods, and so on. In order to improve the quality and efficiency of teachers’ training, some measures can be employed in the curriculum design for the National Training Plan in universities, i.e., we should strengthen the pertinence of the objective by balancing the specific subject and specific project, highlight practicality of the contents by combining the learning characteristics of adult learners and the different requirements of teachers in urban and rural schools, emphasize the rational structure by advocating problem-oriented curriculum, and increase flexibility of the curriculum by using all kinds of training methods.
