摘要
在大型冲天炉熔炼上采用多孔塞连续吹氮气脱硫工艺,通过控制冲天炉出铁温度和采用高效复合脱硫剂及选择最佳加入量对铁液进行深度脱硫,脱硫率可达到80%以上。
A continuous desulphurizing process with using porous plug to blow nitrogen was applied to the heavy cupola melting.The high-efficient desulphuration of molten iron was realized by controlling tapping temperature,adopting hi-efficient compound desulphurizing agent and optimal addition amount.The desulphurrizing efficiency was higher than80%.
