摘要
针对某企业球墨铸铁曲轴因断裂而早期失效的情况,通过宏观观察、金相分析、扫描电镜分析以及X射线衍射分析等方法对断裂曲轴进行了综合分析。结果显示,曲轴转角处的夹渣和疏松是引起曲轴早期疲劳断裂的主要原因。依据失效原因,提出了球墨铸铁件浇铸时的控制措施。
To study a case of early failure in a crankshaft, the cracking inspection, metallographic analysis, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) is analyzed via visual and X ray diffraction (XRD)analysis. The results show that slag and osteoporosis are crucial to the early fatigue in the crankshaft. Suggestions are made based on the study
