摘要
用45钢制造的拖拉机曲轴在服役过程中经常断裂,大多数发生在曲柄与轴颈过渡圆角处,对断口和失效原因进行分析。结果表明,过渡圆角处的强度低是造成曲轴早期断裂的主要原因。通过提高曲轴淬透性和过渡圆角处强度,解决了断裂问题。
The tractor crankshaft made of 45 steel often fractures in service and in most cases the fracture happens at the transition round angle between the crank and the journal.By analyzing the fracture and failure cause,the results show that the low strength at transition round angle is the main cause of the early fracture of crankshaft.This problem can be solved through strengthening the transition round angle and improving the hardenability of the crankshaft.
