摘要
目的:探讨椎体间融合器(Lumhar Interbody Fusion Cage,简称Cage)治疗腰椎疾病的临床疗效与适应证。方法:分析自1997年10月～2000年10月10例应用Cage治疗腰椎滑脱症患者的临床资料。手术采用Cage+节段性椎弓根钉内固定。术后随访18～34个月,平均22.4个月。术后随访采用JOA评分的恢复率以评判临床疗效;椎体间融合以有连续性骨小梁通过Gage,椎间隙Gage周围有新生骨桥连接为评定标准。结果:所有患者在最终随访时都获得了椎体间完全融合。术后1年时JOA评分恢复率为71.9％,最终随访时的恢复率为73.6％。结论:Cage融合术为治疗腰椎滑脱症的有效方式之一。
Objective:To investigate the surgical results and indication of lumbar interbody fusion with cage for spondylodis-thesis low back pain. Methods:There were ten patients treated with interbody fusion utilizing cage between 1997 and 2000. The operation was applied with cage combined with transpedicular fixation. The average follow-up time were 22.4 months(18-34 months). Clinical status was evaluated by the recovery rate of the Japanese Orthopedic Association( JOA) score. Definite fusion was evaluated by trabecular continuous bone bridging within the implant and periimplant new bone formation with bridging of the intervertebral space. Results: All patients achieved radiographic fusion at final follow-up. Recovery rates were 71.9% and 73.6% at 1 year after surgery and at final follow-up respectively. Conclusions: Lumbar interbody fusion with cage can yield a solid union with satisfactory surgical results in spondylodisthesis patients.
