摘要
目的:探讨前后路脊柱融合术治疗腰椎退行性变的临床效果方法应用前后路脊柱融合术治疗腰椎退行性变31例其中腰椎间盘突出症17例腰椎失稳椎管狭窄14例观察治疗效果结果术后29例腰痛消失下肢麻木~疼痛逐渐好转腰部稳定有力;2例患者术后患肢麻木感仍存在残留有疼痛影响行走功能疗效评价优74.2%良22.6%差3.
Objective:To explore the methods and clinical effect of anterior and posterior spinal fusion in treatment of the degeneration of lumbar intervertebral disc. Methods From 2006,1 to 2011,1,17 cases of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation and 14 cases of spinal canal stenosis were retrospectively analyzed after operation. Results Anterior and posterior spinal fusion with decompression of lumbar spinal canal can improve the lumbar compression symptoms in the treatment of lumbar degenerative diseases.Postoperative CT examination shows the disappearance of the reiative motion between the vertebrae,the intervertebral space is increased,and Shows the fusion apparatus fused with fiuctuation vertebrai. Besides,the reset of the dispiaced vertebral body is obviously,no Dispiacement complications were observed.Conclusions This method conforms to the spinal physioiogic weight-bearing with less surgery trauma. Clinical results are satisfactory.
