低温低伤害页岩气压裂用胶液性能研究与现场应用 被引量:6

摘要 基于常压低温页岩气储层压裂液破胶难、不易返排等问题开展了低温低伤害压裂液配方体系研究及性能评价工作,形成了适用于常压低温页岩气储层的LOMO胶液压裂液技术。在实验室,该胶液具有较好的耐温耐剪切性、减阻性和低温破胶性:在60℃,170s-1条件下剪切1h,粘度在60mPa·s左右;室内减阻率大于50%;在20℃条件下可以实现彻底破胶,破胶后分子量小于10 000。将该压裂液技术应用于EY1HF井,表现出总体性能稳定、减阻性能好、携砂性能好等特点,达到设计效果。 Formula system study and its performance evaluation of fracturing fluid with low temperature and low damage is conducted to solve the problems of difficult gel breaking and flowback of fracturing fluid in shale gas reservoir with normal pressure and low temperature,thus forming LOMO glue solution fracturing fluid suitable for it.Lab test proves that LOMO glue solution has better heat/shearing resistance,drag reduction effectiveness and lowtemperature gel-breaking effectiveness.Its application in Well EY1 HF shows that its overall performances are stable and it has good drag reduction effectiveness and sand carrying capacity,achieving design effect.
