摘要
EYY2HF井储层具有白云石含量高(平均质量分数为54%)、水平应力差大(11.78~13.06MPa),天然裂缝较发育等特点。采用常规的“酸液+滑溜水”组合压裂模式,易造成近井筒裂缝复杂,不利于远端裂缝转向,影响压裂效果。采用酸性滑溜水大排量体积压裂,一方面可降低岩石骨架强度,利于远端裂缝转向,另一方面利于尽可能多地沟通天然缝。针对上述问题,开展了酸性滑溜水配方研究及性能评价。实验结果表明,酸性滑溜水减阻率>70%,表面张力<28mN/m,降解液黏度<2mPa·s;现场应用表明,酸性滑溜水减阻效果明显且利于复杂缝网形成。
The EYY2HF well reservoir is characterized by a high dolomite content(54%on average),a large horizontal stress difference(11.78~13.06 MPa)and a relatively developed natural fracture.The conventional“acid/slickwater”combined fracturing mode is easy to cause complex fractures in the near wellbore,which is not conducive to the distal fracture steering and can affect the fracturing result.Large volume fracturing with large displacement of acidic slickwater can reduce the strength of rock skeleton on the one hand,which is conducive to the turning of distal fractures,and on the other hand can communicate with natural fractures as much as possible.In order to solve the above problems,the formula research and performance evaluation of acidic slickwater were carried out.The experiment results show that the friction reduction rate of acidic slickwater is above 70%,the surface tension is less than 28 mN/m and the degradation fluid viscosity is below 2mPa·s,which can meet the demand of large-displacement volume fracturing.The field application shows that the acidic slickwater has obvious effects on friction reduction rate and is conducive to the formation of complex mesh.
